Job Title: Territory Sales Manager
Location: Hybrid (10% Remote and 90% Onsite)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Air Evac Lifeteam. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating sales of our emergency air transport services to the local community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads for new business through actions such as cold calling, utilizing customer referrals, community involvement, collaborating with leadership on marketing programs, and participating in community networking events to draw in prospects.
- Complete the full sales cycle from introduction and discovery to the needs analysis, proposal creation, closure, and ongoing follow up and management.
- Build a pipeline of B2C and B2B customers sufficient to achieve sales and company goals/targets.
- Closing smart business (consistent with Air Evac Lifeteam's objectives and practices).
Requirements:
- High school diploma, or equivalent work experience
- 3 years previous B2C or B2B solutions sales experience, preferred
- Emergency medical transport industry knowledge, preferred
- Background and substance screenings will be completed
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record
