We handle direct applications submitted through our website as well as those from external vendors, which provide us with a competitive edge. Our efforts include actively searching for and reaching out to potential candidates through cold calling.

Finding the Ideal Candidate
Our mission is to supply our account managers with qualified candidates to foster future business growth. We believe that success in this industry is akin to a marathon rather than a sprint. One of the most rewarding aspects of this role is the clear link between the effort invested and the results achieved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Focus on candidate engagement

Salary and Work Environment
Compensation ranges from $22 to $25 per hour, with a first shift schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM. A minimum of an Associate degree is required.
