About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Energy Customer Advisor. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our energy customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Process commercial customer inquiries regarding electricity and gas, including invoice and contract questions, tariff extensions, and product consultations
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and follow up on conversations to ensure resolution
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in German
  • Proficient in using PC applications, including MS Office
  • High level of self-motivation, commitment, and responsibility
