Stine Seed Company, a leading national seed company, is seeking an experienced Independent Sales Representative to cover the Dakota, Goodhue, and Washington counties in Minnesota. This is an excellent opportunity to grow professionally and financially with a respected corn and soybean seed company.

**Responsibilities:**

* Serve as the primary ambassador of the Stine brand within the assigned territory
* Manage existing dealer accounts and recruit new dealerships to increase sales
* Communicate and implement Stine's sales programs and policies within the assigned territory to meet sales goals
* Work in conjunction with the Stine Regional Sales Agronomist to provide a high level of sales support within the assigned territory

**Requirements:**

* Three or more years of ag experience, including previous experience in agronomy, crop production, or seed sales
* Demonstrated knowledge of proven sales techniques and excellent negotiating skills
* Ability to overcome obstacles and work with minimum supervision to meet established goals
