About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving impactful projects and collaborating with owners and contractors through our efficient EPC approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Estimating and Management: Take charge of civil projects involving deep foundations, retention systems, ground improvement, and dewatering scope.
  • Site Evaluation: Conduct site visits to evaluate conditions and ensure strategic decision-making.
  • Document Analysis: Analyze drawings, specifications, and geotechnical reports to inform project decisions.
  • Vendor and Subcontractor Management: Source and evaluate quotes to assemble the perfect team for each project.
  • Cost Estimating and Budgeting: Prepare estimates, proposals, and budgets that will be the backbone of our success.
  • Contract Negotiation: Collaborate with legal experts to negotiate construction contracts.
  • Project Submittals: Craft project submittals that encompass construction means and methods, design calculations, specialty equipment, and materials.
  • Quality Control and Cost Management: Ensure impeccable quality while staying on top of costs to deliver outstanding results.
  • Safety Compliance: Implement necessary measures to ensure a secure work environment.
  • Project Billing and Closure: Manage project billings and handle all necessary paperwork to wrap up projects seamlessly.
  • Training and Development: Participate in company-wide training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry trends.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
  • 5+ years of experience in civil or geotechnical engineering, with a proven track record of success.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A strong understanding of mathematics and analysis.
  • A natural ability to thrive under pressure and deliver results on tight deadlines.
  • Tech-savviness, with proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Prior experience in project management is preferred.
  • A valid driver's license.
Compensation

The anticipated compensation for this position is USD $90,000.00/Yr. - USD $130,000.00/Yr. depending on experience and qualifications.
