Commercial Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Account Executive to join our team at Western Pest Services.
This role will focus on growing our commercial business footprint in the Monmouth County, NJ area.
As an Account Executive, you will work autonomously to identify and establish contact with potential customers, schedule and perform product demonstrations, and become a subject matter expert on our business services.
You will also be responsible for building and maintaining an active pipeline, measuring KPIs, and using our proven sales strategy to meet ambitious recurring revenue targets.
Key qualifications for this role include a persuasive personality, self-starter mentality, and a high sense of urgency.
Previous Account Executive or sales experience is strongly preferred, but not required.
We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $131,000 per year, including uncapped commissions, medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401K with company match, stock purchase, tuition reimbursement, and more.
