About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales/Client Advisor to join our team at Swickard Auto Group. As a Sales/Client Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide world-class customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Vehicle Selection: Assist clients in selecting the perfect vehicle, taking into account their lifestyle, preferences, and needs.
  • Sales and Negotiation: Negotiate sales and close deals in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on new products, features, and accessories to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless sales processes.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Product Knowledge: Strong knowledge of vehicles, including features, accessories, and technical specifications.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively to meet sales targets and deadlines.
