Sales and Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales/Client Advisor to join our team at Swickard Auto Group. As a Sales/Client Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized sales and service experiences to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our luxury vehicle products and services, including features, capabilities, and accessories.
- Assist clients in selecting the perfect vehicle, taking test drives, and comparing competitive models.
- Learn to overcome objections, negotiate prices, and close sales in accordance with company standards.
- Prospect daily for potential customers and attend product and sales training as requested by the Sales Manager.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and a strong Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) score.
- Previous customer service experience is required, with dealership experience a plus.
- Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills and the ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
- Ability to effectively manage time to meet and exceed targets.
- Must have a clean and valid driver's license, along with reliable transportation.
