Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Engage with clients to assess their insurance needs and offer personalized advice.
Inbound Calls: Manage incoming calls efficiently, answering queries and providing solutions.
Policy Tailoring: Design and recommend insurance plans tailored to each client's unique requirements.
Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to enhance client coverage by suggesting additional policies.
Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends and updates to provide knowledgeable guidance.
Requirements
Licensing: Active Washington State insurance license required or active in state licensed with non-resident endorsement to sell in Washington
Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Customer Focus: Strong focus on providing exceptional service and building rapport with clients.
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and drive sales results.
