This is a full-time (40+ hours per week) position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Comprehensive Marketing Strategies: Create and implement marketing plans to promote Faulkner's new Risk Management Bachelor of Science program across online and on-ground platforms.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with program directors, marketing teams, other departments, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with the University's goals.
  • Design and Implement Multi-Channel Marketing Campaigns: Assist in creating and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, social media, and event-based initiatives.
  • Monitor and Analyze Campaign Performance: Track and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Write Compelling Copy: Write persuasive and engaging copy for various platforms, including web content, email campaigns, brochures, and advertisements.
  • Ensure Brand Consistency: Ensure all messaging aligns with Faulkner University's brand voice and objectives.
  • Design Visually Appealing Marketing Materials: Design and create visually appealing marketing materials, including digital ads, posters, flyers, and social media graphics.
  • Capture and Produce High-Quality Visual Content: Capture and produce high-quality photographs and videos for marketing campaigns, events, and promotional materials.
  • Edit and Optimize Visual Content: Edit and optimize visual content for various platforms.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a Related Field: Required.
  • Digital Marketing Tools and Platforms: Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, social media advertising, and email marketing required.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Minimum of 3 Years Experience in Marketing with a Focus on Higher Education: Preferred.
    • Experience in Copywriting, Graphic Design, Photography, and Videography: Preferred.
    • Knowledge of Relevant Software Programs: Knowledge of relevant software programs, including Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
    • Active Member of the Church of Christ: Preferred.
