Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Residential Care Specialist to join our team at CCARC INC.

Salary and Benefits

$19.38 per hour, paid biweekly. Additional benefits include life insurance, 401(k), and employer match.

Responsibilities
  • Care Provision: Assist participants with personal care, hygiene, and treatments, including administration of medications and recording vital signs as needed.
  • Social and Recreational Activities: Coordinate and lead social activities, shop for food and clothing, and transport participants safely.
  • Housing Management: Maintain a clean and organized living environment, including general housekeeping and laundry duties.
  • Nutritional Support: Monitor residents at mealtime according to individualized food consistency guidelines.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Valid driver's license, adequate vehicle insurance, and ability to pass a background check are necessary.
  • Must complete the Agency's Employee Training program and be willing to become trained in CPR, First Aid, PMT, and DDS Medication Administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products, email, and Therap software is preferred.
