Key Responsibilities
Collaboration and mentorship are integral to our culture at Geosyntec. We embrace a sell-manage-do philosophy, encouraging you to tackle challenging technical projects while utilizing your knowledge and experience to help expand our capabilities through business development and client relations. Additional responsibilities may include project management, staff oversight, and mentoring.
- Engage in business development by attracting new clients and securing repeat business from existing ones, leading proposal efforts, and formulating a business development strategy;
- Oversee task and project management, ensuring effective planning and execution of investigation and remediation projects, budget adherence, schedule compliance, quality assurance, client satisfaction, and profitability;
- Manage and mentor junior staff while overseeing subcontractors;
- Develop work plans, evaluate data, and prepare reports;
- Conduct data analysis, including creating maps and figures using GIS/Environmental Visualization Software (EVS) applications, and managing databases;
- Draft technical reports, letters, memoranda, plans, specifications, and proposals;
- Review and manage the production of written documents;
- Prepare for and participate in meetings with clients, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders;
- Conduct fieldwork, including multi-media environmental sampling, sediment characterization, drilling oversight, contractor management, and remediation system operations;
