Position Overview
As a Principal Engineer in Geotechnical Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in delivering technical guidance and support to our Geotechnical team across various branches and regions.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical solutions during project meetings with clients and ECS personnel.
- Mentor and guide Associate Principals in their professional development.
- Participate in the evaluation committee for candidates pursuing Associate Principal status in Geotechnical Engineering.
- Oversee project execution and ensure quality control at both office and regional levels.
- Conduct thorough reviews of technical reports and proposals.
- Assist in managing departmental operations and profitability.
- Engage in business development activities and foster client relationships to enhance service marketing.
- Support hiring managers in making informed staffing decisions.
- Lead and coach junior engineers to promote their growth and expertise.
- Collaborate across departments, including Construction Materials Testing (CMT), to fulfill the above responsibilities.

Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience is required.
- Current designation as a senior reviewer at your previous or current organization is essential.
- A Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Professional Geologist (P.G.) license is required in the states where you operate.
- A valid driver's license is necessary if driving for ECS subsidiaries.
