Job Overview

The Senior Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Revenue Generation:
Achieve and surpass annual revenue goals for designated accounts by utilizing established relationships to deepen engagement with current clients and identify new business opportunities within the bio/pharmaceutical research and development, and manufacturing sectors.

Sales Development:
Identify and secure sales prospects through direct interactions, including site visits, phone outreach, and formal presentations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work collaboratively across various departments to advance sales opportunities and ensure client satisfaction.

Business Expansion:
Generate new business aligned with our strategic market focus, operational strengths, and laboratory capabilities.

Mentorship:
Utilize personal experience to guide and mentor colleagues within the Business Development team.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales within a service-oriented company in the bio/pharmaceutical industry, such as CDMO, CRO, or CTO. Practical laboratory experience in a biotech or pharmaceutical setting is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment, showcasing self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive outlook.
  • Capacity to acquire new skills, manage multiple tasks concurrently, maintain precise records, adhere to instructions, and comply with organizational policies.
  • Strong proficiency in computer applications, scientific methodologies, and organizational practices.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail.
