We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Administrative HR Officer to join our team. As an integral part of our HR department, you will provide essential support to our Chief Human Resource Officer and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Process personnel status changes and maintain accurate employee records
  2. Compile data and prepare routine reports, including employee census and department rosters
  3. Provide administrative support, including drafting letters of hire and sending packets to new employees
  4. Assist with coordinating job applicant materials and setting up new-hire orientation
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Able to type at least 45 WPM
  • Background Fingerprint Clearance and Drug Test Clearance required
Compensation
  • Estimated salary range: $65,000 - $75,000 per year
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage
