Store Set Visual Merchandiser

This full-time role at Bachman's Inc. presents an exciting chance to utilize your artistic flair and organizational expertise. As a Perishable Product Display Designer, you will play a crucial role in crafting visually striking presentations of perishable items that captivate and motivate customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and uphold retail store layouts for perishable goods, both inside and outside the store
  • Design creative displays that align with Bachman's brand identity
  • Work in conjunction with inventory supervisors to optimize product arrangement
  • Recognize opportunities for enhancement and implement necessary visual merchandising adjustments
  • Support in overseeing store upkeep and visual presentation

Qualifications:

  • At least two years of experience in visual merchandising
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities
  • Capacity to work autonomously and effectively manage priorities
  • Physically fit for lifting and performing manual tasks

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, with flexible hours during peak gardening seasons
