Location: This role offers a flexible work arrangement, allowing remote work on select days while also requiring in-person attendance at our headquarters on designated days.

Schedule: Candidates should have the flexibility to work an 8-hour shift during business hours, which are from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm as needed by the contact center.

If you are dedicated to providing exceptional service, this position involves managing incoming calls and addressing member inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

This role is suitable for both entry-level individuals and experienced customer service professionals. Candidates with 1-3 years of experience in customer service, call center operations, or account management are preferred.

  • Assist members in both English and Spanish with their account inquiries.
  • Perform account maintenance and updates as required.
  • Offer financial advice to members to empower informed decision-making.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and management to enhance member services.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with guidelines to protect member interests.
  • Engage in coaching and development opportunities for career growth.
