Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to retail customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers in person and over the phone, determining their needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
  • Build productive relationships with wholesale and retail customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and consistently, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, driving revenue growth and contributing to the success of the store.
  • Maintain precise work order files and formulas, ensuring accurate and efficient operations.
  • Pull and stock products from the sales floor or warehouse, maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Tint and mix products as needed, to customer specifications.
  • Assist in making deliveries, as needed, and load/unload delivery trucks.
  • Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Remain knowledgeable on products offered, discussing available options and making recommendations to customers.
  • Comply with inventory control procedures, ensuring accurate and efficient inventory management.
  • Suggest ways to improve sales and customer satisfaction, contributing to the success of the store.
Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future.
  • Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English.
  • Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish.
  • Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
  • Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends.
