KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS:

  • Ensure that daily operational tasks are executed and completed by all branch personnel.
  • Oversee the retention of operational documentation and manage audits to maintain operational integrity.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience daily by providing personalized service, building relationships, assessing needs, recommending products, and connecting customers with appropriate partners, thereby contributing to the growth of the bank.
  • Cultivate a thorough understanding of products and services to meet customer needs and resolve issues effectively.
  • Process customer requests with efficiency and precision.
  • Grasp all facets of consumer lending in daily and weekly operations; establish customer trust and manage relationships throughout the lending lifecycle.
  • Maintain consistent communication both internally and externally to ensure an outstanding customer experience. Adhere to regulations and follow policies and procedures to safeguard the interests of customers and the bank.
  • Commit to personal development through active learning, adapting to new procedures and systems, and enhancing skills to support the organization and the team.
  • Promote the use of technology in everyday banking interactions, including educating customers on technology, mobile banking, P2P transactions, online banking, etc.
Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a branch banking environment.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all operational areas, including customer service, new account setup, and lending processes.
  • Strong oral, written, and presentation abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with the capacity to work under pressure with frequent interruptions.
  • An Associate's Degree is preferred.
  • A High School diploma or equivalent is required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Position involves eye strain due to regular use of computer screens and reading reports.
  • Ability to focus on tasks at hand, even in distracting work environments.
  • Capability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to read, hear, write, and communicate professionally both in person and via telephone, and sit for extended periods.
  • Some travel may be required for meetings and training sessions.
