Job Title: Parts Coordinator

Join Bright Innovation Labs as a Parts Coordinator, where you will play a crucial role in upholding the standards of our Preventative Maintenance Program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and inventory management systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and maintain the Preventative Maintenance Procedure to ensure compliance with Bright Innovation Labs' policies and procedures.
  • Record and store feedback from PMs, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
  • Manage the daily receiving and shipping of parts, maintaining accurate records of inventory levels.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of components and materials.
  • Audit inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to Bright Innovation Labs' safety and environmental regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure timely delivery of spare parts and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to speak, read, and write in English.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including overtime as needed.
