Job Title: Branch Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our retail operations in New Philadelphia, OH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing inventory, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage the day-to-day retail operations, including safety, sales, and inventory management.
  • Lead and manage a team of Counter Sales, Warehouse, Drivers, and Customer Service employees.
  • Assist in developing and executing marketing plans to support key market segments.
  • Coordinate sales promotion activities, merchandising, and displays.
  • Manage branch inventory, daily hard goods inventory cycle counts, and maintain showroom and warehouse appearance.
  • Manage all hard goods receiving and dynamic deployment for timely completion.
  • Lead and manage annual/bi-annual physical hard goods inventories.
  • Monitor SAP reports daily and provide Daily Cash Reconciliation to ensure timely completion.
  • Oversee employee training in procedural areas, including safety regulations and Airgas Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Manage branch operating expenses, including overtime and office supplies.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in sales and/or distribution of gases and welding supplies or similar industrial products.
  • Two (2) years of prior demonstrated management or leadership experience.
  • Prior SAP experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated planning skills, including identifying requirements, allocating resources, and establishing courses of action.
