About the Job

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Professional to join our team. As a Remote Data Entry Associate, you will be responsible for processing documents electronically, making outbound calls to doctors' offices, and ensuring document classification is completed and transmitted to clients.

The estimated salary range for this role is $26,660-$33,250 per year, based on business need and location.

Job Responsibilities
  • Process documents electronically
  • Make outbound calls to doctors' offices
  • Process claims
  • Verify data from automated data extraction tools
  • Ensure transmission of processed data to the appropriate next level
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalency
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Teams, Outlook, and Word
  • Must have a secure workspace with high-speed internet
  • Must be able to pass a typing test
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
