Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients to understand their needs and expectations.

  • Engage in capacity planning and execution with clients on a daily and weekly basis.

  • Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and address any client issues that arise.
  • Support payroll and billing processes while managing P&L responsibilities.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with clients to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in customer service and account management.
  • Knowledge of logistics and transportation operations.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $95,000, with potential for a 10% bonus based on performance. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a 401(K) Savings Plan with company match, paid maternity leave, and additional PTO for military veterans.
