We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our team at Johns Hopkins Medicine. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development and management of one or more products within our digital health or analytics product portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and management of products, including gathering user feedback and market needs to inform new product features and development.
  • Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including technical development teams, sales and marketing teams, and customer engagement teams to articulate the product value to external stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, market trends, and emerging trends in healthcare technology.
  • Apply this knowledge to create, maintain, and communicate the product value proposition, including product pricing and vendor relationships.
  • Manage product budget, related build expenses, and product-specific vendor relationships.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of directly related experience managing or developing healthcare software products.
  • 3+ years of directly working as part of a product management or development team, with demonstrated responsibility for at least one product.
  • Experience working as part of an Agile environment required.
