Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Shuttle Bus Driver to join our team at Global Parking Systems LLC. As a Shuttle Bus Driver, you will be responsible for transporting passengers on designated shuttle routes while ensuring the safe and proper operation of the shuttle buses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct pre-trip inspections of the assigned shuttle bus before the start of every shift.
  • Conduct post-trip vehicle inspections at the end of every shift and report any deficiencies to the Supervisor.
  • Ensure compliance with route schedules and maintain the cleanliness of bus interiors.
  • Log trip counts and assist disabled passengers as needed.
  • Be at work every scheduled day, on time, and in uniform.
  • Possess a valid state-issued driver's license and maintain an acceptable DMV record.
  • Courteously assist customers with questions and direct them to the Supervisor if necessary.
  • Report any known accidents, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences to the Supervisor or General Manager.
Requirements
  • High School education or GED preferred.
  • CDL training or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Valid CDL Class A, B, or C Driver's License with Passenger Endorsement.
  • Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT Medical Card) required.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Ability to write simple correspondence and effectively present information to customers and employees.
Working Conditions

The physical demands of this job include standing, walking, and using hands to handle equipment. The employee may be required to occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
