Job Title: Hotel Shuttle Driver

We are seeking a skilled and courteous Hotel Shuttle Driver to join our team at Holiday Inn Express New Orleans Airport. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional transportation services to our guests and potential guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate the hotel shuttle van to transport guests and potential guests to and from the airport.
  • Assist with loading and unloading of guest luggage and provide information about the hotel's facilities and events.
  • Ensure the van is clean and well-maintained at all times.
  • Provide exceptional guest service by responding promptly and efficiently to inquiries, requests, and complaints.
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment and promoting a culture of diversity and inclusion.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license for the applicable state.
  • Minimum of one year driving experience.
  • Acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving Record).
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
