Key Responsibilities: Manage and document end-user support requests and related applications as necessary.
Record issues and the actions taken to resolve them, including installation activities.
Evaluate user needs, workflows, and challenges to enhance or automate existing processes.
Develop and interpret technical documentation, engage with users, or perform diagnostics to troubleshoot and resolve issues while providing technical support.
Conduct program testing, rectify errors, and implement necessary adjustments.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure coordinated solutions.
Provide training to users and address inquiries.
Plan, approve, and oversee the installation and testing of new products and enhancements to computer systems, including software installations.
Availability for after-hours support may be required.
Bachelor’s degree is required.
Up to 5 years of experience in the IT sector within a professional service context.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Windows 10 and 11 is preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with all organizational levels.
Capability to work effectively in a team setting and manage pressure with deadlines.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and see them through to completion.
Flexibility in scheduling and adaptability to ongoing changes are essential.
Proficient in managing multiple tasks and handling frequent interruptions.
Attention to detail and accuracy is crucial.
Job responsibilities may require working beyond 37.50 hours per week.
Proficient use of office equipment, including computers, telephones, and copiers.
