Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement data governance and retention strategies.
  • Create and optimize workflow and automation processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Design and maintain reports and dashboards for real-time data insights.

  • Provide training and support to users on Salesforce functionalities.
  • Act as a technical resource to resolve user inquiries and issues.
  • Oversee system updates, patches, and new feature implementations with minimal disruption to operations.


Additionally, the administrator will coordinate integrations with third-party applications, ensuring seamless data synchronization and a comprehensive view of customer interactions.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of one year of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and/or similar platforms.
- Experience with integration tools (e.g., Boomi, Mulesoft).
- Familiarity with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Understanding of data integration strategies and methodologies.
- Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and application support processes.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
