Job Title: Conversion Agent

At RMGtalent, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Conversion Agent to join our team. As a Conversion Agent, you will play a critical role in engaging with potential clients to understand their FX needs and convert them into active customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Conversion: Develop and execute strategies to convert potential clients into active customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing timely and accurate information about FX products and services.
  • Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed conversion targets set by management, maintaining detailed records of interactions with clients and updating CRM systems accordingly.
  • Compliance and Regulation: Adhere to all regulatory requirements and company policies, ensuring all client transactions and communications comply with relevant regulations.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the FX market, providing clients with insights and advice based on market analysis.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 6 months of experience as a Conversion Agent or in a similar sales role within the FX industry.
  • Must be based in Mexico City and fluent in Spanish or Portuguese.
  • Strong understanding of the FX market and related financial products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • High level of integrity and adherence to compliance standards.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
