Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Physician and Provider Relations and Outreach (PPRO) Liaison to join our Physician and Provider Relations and Outreach team. This dynamic role will focus on researching and understanding service line volumes, utilization, market share, competitor data, and physician referral patterns for assigned lines of business. The successful candidate will leverage internal and external data to create strategic business development plans, drive growth, and build strong relationships with community hospitals, clinics, and referring providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external customers, including physicians and providers, to drive engagement and growth.
  • Exhibit a strong command of the market environment, providing strategic direction and intel to inform market growth strategies and service line growth initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for business development leadership and create data-driven growth plans to meet facility leadership expectations.
  • Analyze data and track results, maintaining accurate account and contact information in CRM tools.
  • Communicate key service line messages and partner with physician practice operations leadership to create growth strategies and manage operational opportunities.
  • Align with physician and provider relations team members to accomplish strategic goals and adhere to policies and procedures to ensure compliance and patient safety.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5 years of demonstrated sales experience or relevant work experience.
  • 2 years of previous hospital or healthcare experience.
  • Previous hospital and healthcare experience preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software preferred.

  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry and current economic trends and challenges for healthcare systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to influence and build effective relationships.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal, and in a compelling way that drives other's thoughts and actions and ensures understanding.
