The Role

The Culinary Specialist role is responsible for food preparation under the direction and oversight of the Executive and Sous Chefs.

Our Culinary Specialists compose foods of all types by utilizing dry heat, moist heat, and combination cooking.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare food items according to recipes
  • Set up and stock workstations with all necessary supplies
  • Clean and sanitize all cooking equipment

Requirements & Preferences

  • Must be comfortable in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Must be dependable
  • Must demonstrate excellent customer service
  • Cooking experience highly preferred
  • High school diploma preferred
  • Certificate in culinary arts or related area from a vocational or technical school preferred
