Responsibilities- Assess and manage patients with complex medical and surgical conditions
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care, in collaboration with the attending physician and other healthcare team members
- Perform a wide range of procedures, including lumbar punctures, NGT placements, and central line placements
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
- Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Current certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
- Valid license to practice as a Physician Assistant in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- 2+ years of experience in a critical care setting, preferably in Neuro ICU
- Strong clinical skills, with a focus on patient safety and quality improvement
