As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and operating equipment/machinery as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Exceed customer expectations by presenting high-quality products and providing a positive shopping experience.
  • Build relationships with customers and educate them on our products to drive sales.
  • Maintain proper department conditions and supplies, including the backroom.
  • Operate equipment/machinery, bag/box products, and perform other tasks as needed.
Requirements:

  • Ability to demonstrate a passion for food through interactive sales techniques.
  • Must project a clean and professional appearance and be a team player with a positive attitude.

  • Ability to learn and utilize computer applications.
  • Must be 18 years of age to operate machinery and consent to a pre-employment drug screen and background investigation.
