Job Description

Crown Consulting is seeking a skilled Procurement Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing administration, financial management, budget reconciliation, and contract-specific reporting requirements for a large contract with a NASA client.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Administration: Develops, prepares, and administers contracts, bids, and proposals that meet specifications and comply with all policies and regulations.
  • Contract Negotiations: Supports or participates in contract negotiations with suppliers, partners, or customers.
  • Contract Compliance: Reviews contract terms to identify any potential risk or compliance issues.
  • Contract Record Keeping: Maintains contract records used to ensure compliance with reporting and regulatory requirements.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Contract Administration Support: Administers non-complex contracts under the direction of the Contracts Manager and in collaboration with other Contract administrators.
  • Regulatory Submissions: Performs routine regulatory submissions.
  • Regulatory Awareness: Maintains an awareness of regulatory changes and their impact on contracts.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or legal discipline.
  • Experience: 3-8 years' federal government contracting experience with a focus on contracts issued by NASA.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of FAR and NFS regulations is required, and working knowledge of FAA AMS is a plus.
