- 5+ years of experience in advertising sales or media, either for a media company or with an agency.
- Strong knowledge of the linear and digital media market.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience selling advertising/sponsorships to ad agencies and client direct.
- Strong experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and other sales tools.
- Self-starter with a strong ability to thrive in a corporate and start-up environment.
- Excellent knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and pricing models.
