Digital Sales Growth Expert, Northwest

What You'll Do:
The Sales Growth Specialist partners with Account Executives to drive large digital adoptions for new customers. This includes presenting solutions, demonstrating digital products, and building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
This role requires on-campus presence at least 50% of the time to interact with customers. Local and overnight travel are also required for customer meetings and sales team meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies to identify and win large digital adoptions
- Create pre-sales presentations to highlight and position products and support
- Consult with customers and Account Executives to develop and deliver presentations and digital demonstrations
- Consult on implementation planning, training, and support needs, and coordinate with the Customer Success team to deliver the plan
- Design usage growth strategies and coordinate with the Customer Success organization to track usage
- Share customer feedback with internal stakeholders to support continuous improvement efforts
- Build relationships with key Department Chairs and Deans to find opportunities to win business at scale
- Build and leverage relationships with IT administrators/key contacts
- Identify and leverage advocates from existing large digital adoptions to help identify/win takeaway opportunities
- Perform other duties as needed to achieve organizational goals
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in direct sales, marketing, or editorial and product experience with a bachelor's degree; or minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role without a bachelor's degree
- Demonstrated understanding of technology and experience with digital products
- Experience in the use and implementation of digital learning products and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other instructional technology
- Effective oral and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in virtual and in-person settings
- Ability to deliver presentations and product demonstrations effectively to build understanding and interest from customers
- Evidence of strong customer orientation and ability to build effective customer relationships
- Ability to work effectively in a group, problem-solve, and partner collaboratively to reach decisions
- Ability to be on campus at least 50% of the time, including local and overnight travel as required for customer meetings and sales team meetings
- Must be able to walk, climb, and stand for extensive periods of time while conducting on-site visits, meeting with current and prospective clients
- Must be located within assigned sales territory
