Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Client Services Liaison to join our team. As a Client Services Liaison, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving service-related issues, and maintaining accurate records. If you are a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via in-person and phone interactions
- Resolve service-related issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
- Participate in self-directed work teams to achieve department metrics
- Complete special projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum of one year experience in customer service
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple situations and tasks at once
- Experience with MS Office
Preferred Qualifications:
- Customer service experience in a laboratory/diagnostic/health care industry
- Additional related education and/or experience
