About the Role:

At Industrious, we're looking for a highly skilled and enthusiastic Member Experience Associate to join our team. As a Member Experience Associate, you will be the face of our company, responsible for creating a welcoming and productive environment for our members. Your primary goal will be to ensure that every member has an exceptional experience, from the moment they step into our office to the moment they leave.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace, restocking supplies, and performing administrative tasks.
  • Develop and implement events and activities that promote a sense of community among members, such as workshops, networking events, and social gatherings.
  • Collaborate with the Community Manager to ensure that all members are satisfied with their experience and that any issues are resolved promptly.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a hospitality or office setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
