Job Description

We are seeking a Seasonal Customer Experience Representative to join our team. As a Customer Experience Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a visually appealing store environment, and supporting the daily operations of the store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the daily operations of the store, including conducting inventory cycle counts, replenishing stock, and managing product returns.
  • Use merchandising standards to create a visually appealing and stimulating store environment.
  • Create a warm and welcoming environment for customers.
  • Add joy to our customers' lives by leveraging our products to tell stories and connect with customers on the floor.
  • Curate specific product collections for each customer you meet.
  • Role model Indigo's High Performance Characteristics, including adaptability, flexibility, and a willingness to learn.
  • Seek information regarding new products, promotions, and programs to stay up-to-date on store offerings.
  • Contribute to an environment where everyone knows their health and safety is a top priority.
  • Take accountability to respond to customer feedback in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in specialty retail or a retail operations or visual merchandising background is preferred but not required.
  • Adaptability, flexibility, and a willingness to learn new things and be exposed to all aspects of the store.
  • Demonstrated commitment to creating an exceptional employee and customer experience.
  • Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to lift medium to large items, up to 40 pounds, while using appropriate equipment and safety techniques.
  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, overnights, and early mornings (if required for the role).
