Responsibilities

The Sales Associate is responsible for providing outstanding customer service, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, and assisting with various tasks such as stocking, cleaning, and folding merchandise. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining a safe and inviting store environment for customers and associates.
  • Following company policies and procedures to ensure the safety of all associates and customers.
  • Assisting with product launch changes according to company SOP.
  • Providing a great customer experience by delivering on all aspects of the customer experience model.
  • Processing transactions quickly and accurately, reducing customer wait times.
  • Positively resolving customer service-related issues and communicating with Store Management.
  • Driving credit and loyalty member programs by explaining benefits and encouraging customers to participate.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 0-2 years of relevant job experience, with a minimum of 6 months.
  • Proficiency in using technology, including iPads and registers.
  • Meets defined availability criteria, including nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
  • Meets physical requirements.
