  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales growth, profit growth, and customer experience.
  • Lead and manage a team of restaurant associates to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure effective control of cash and assets, and adherence to cash handling policies.
  • Empower team members to make decisions and resolve customer complaints in a way that fully satisfies our customers.
  • Anticipate customer needs and remove service barriers to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Engage with the local community to build strong relationships and drive sales growth.
  • Control food cost components, including waste, prep, weights, portioning, and inventory management.
  • Enforce operating norms, including uniform policy, attendance, safety procedures, and cleanliness.
  • Ensure product quality meets Donatos standards and guest expectations.
  • Properly execute, enforce, and manage food safety and sanitation requirements.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • ServSafe certification.
  • Internal Candidates must complete required training and development activities.
  • External Candidates must have 1 year of experience in a similar role, with successful completion of the Donatos MIT program required.
  • Internal Candidates must have 6 months of Donatos experience and management experience.
