Tiffany & Co. is in search of a Senior Engineer for Identity and Access Management with extensive expertise in Active Directory and Okta to enhance and expand our Identity & Access Management initiatives.

This position will collaborate closely with a team of engineers and architects to develop identity integrations with various business applications.

A robust understanding of Active Directory architecture, including Sites and Services management, as well as proficiency in creating, administering, and troubleshooting Group Policies (GPOs), Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), SAML, and SSO (Okta required) is essential. Familiarity with PKI, Networking DNS, DHCP, Authentication protocols such as Kerberos and NTLM is also required.

The successful candidate will design solutions that foster the growth of the Identity Suite and provide support for its diverse integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee core infrastructure technology tasks, including enterprise Microsoft Active Directory, ADFS, and Microsoft Certificate Services.
  • Establish an Enterprise IAM development strategy with a clear roadmap of key milestones.
  • Plan, implement, and design a directory synchronization system for Microsoft Active Directory and Windows-based systems across the organization.
  • Configure Okta for SSO and MFA application integrations.
  • Research emerging technologies to meet enterprise-scale business needs and system configurations.
  • Develop, test, and deploy new IAM solutions and enhancements.
  • Monitor operational and incident trends to improve the company's enterprise security capabilities.
  • Provide senior management with reports and statistics on various processes and workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with IAM architecture standards, including PCI and corporate data privacy regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with IAM technologies such as Active Directory Services and Microsoft Forefront Identity Manager (FIM/MIM).
  • Over 10 years of experience in deploying and supporting enterprise IAM/Active Directory/Okta solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Okta, AD Attributes, LDAP Queries, and PowerShell Scripting for AD Attributes modification.
  • In-depth understanding of permissions associated with Microsoft Built-In Groups for Active Directory administrative functions.
  • Familiarity with LDAP and Active Directory integration with applications.
  • Experience with Windows certificate services management and PKI.
  • Solid understanding of relational database environments, particularly SQL.
  • Experience with Azure Active Directory and Azure Active Directory Connect.
  • Knowledge of Office 365 and Hybrid AD with managed AD services from Microsoft.
  • Ability to conduct research and provide technical recommendations for enhancing the IAM toolset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Oracle databases is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as JavaScript, VBScript, PowerShell, .Net, ASP, and HTML is desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
