Overview

OSL Retail Services is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our rapidly expanding credit card sales program. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for connecting with customers in one of America's largest grocery store families and driving sales growth through your exceptional sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and customer loyalty
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Work independently and take ownership of your territory to drive sales growth and results
Requirements
  • Available to work full-time (40 hours per week)
  • Must have a reliable vehicle and be willing to rotate through stores on a weekly basis
  • 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis
  • Outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing sales strategies
Desirable Skills
  • Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of your territory
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
