About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Territory Sales Representative to join our team at TruGreen Limited Partnership. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in helping new and existing customers find the right lawn care maintenance plans, both at their homes and/or by phone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their lawn care needs and preferences.
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations on lawn care services and products to customers.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide the best possible service to customers.

Requirements

  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel to customer sites.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in English.
