Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally represent our food processing and packaging equipment solutions to both new and existing clients in Arkansas and Louisiana.
- Continuously develop a sales pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and maintaining positive relationships.
- Share effective sales strategies with the Reiser team.
- Engage actively with industry sales associations.
- Generate accurate sales reports promptly.
- Assist in facilitating quotes, product samples, and deliveries.
- Collaborate closely with the field service team to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of five years of experience in selling food processing and/or packaging equipment. Candidates with relevant experience in related systems or services for the food industry will also be considered. Experience in the meat/protein sector is highly desirable.
- A proactive, enthusiastic, and determined individual with a proven success record.
- Understanding the significance of selling equipment alongside service components and collaborating with the service team.
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Comfortable communicating with individuals at all levels, from shop floor personnel to company executives.
- Willingness to travel 50-70% overnight during the week, primarily within Arkansas and Louisiana.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
