Role Summary:
The cornerstone of sustainable business expansion lies in the expertise of adept project managers. Project Managers play a crucial role in orchestrating and facilitating initiatives that align with the organization's strategic objectives as delineated in the Project Charter. They are tasked with delivering transparent and succinct communication regarding team roles and responsibilities. A comprehensive understanding of the desired business outcomes is essential, as is the ability to articulate how project deliverables will fulfill those expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
Essential duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Project Management Governance: Adhere to methodologies and best practices established by the Project Management Office (PMO) throughout all phases of project management, including initiation, planning, execution, and closure.
  • Collaborate with project sponsors and stakeholders to finalize the project charter, detailing scope, objectives, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timelines.
  • Develop a work breakdown structure to accurately estimate the effort and duration necessary for each task.
  • Maintain and update project plans and schedules to ensure alignment with goals.
  • Guarantee resource availability and proper allocation.
  • Establish clear ownership of project tasks, ensuring team members have the necessary tools and provide timely feedback.
  • Effectively manage project scope, documenting and approving any changes through formal project change request processes.
  • Evaluate project risks and issues, identifying solutions to meet business objectives and ensure quality outcomes.
  • Oversee and document project budgets, analyzing profitability, revenue, and margins in conjunction with defining project success criteria.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders using standardized Project Update Templates.
  • Ensure project documentation is complete, current, and properly archived in the project tracking system.
  • Manage strategic projects to achieve anticipated business benefits rather than merely focusing on product features.
  • Direct and oversee the collective efforts of multiple project teams.

Program Management:
Oversee multiple interrelated projects to achieve specific strategic business outcomes.

Team Leadership:
Build and nurture the project team to maximize performance, providing clear purpose, direction, and motivation. Manage project teams consisting of 20 or more members, offering leadership while coordinating efforts effectively.
