- Plan and oversee the execution of customer projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
- Conduct site surveys and actively manage installation projects at customer locations.
- Provide hands-on leadership and training to technicians, fostering a culture of safety and adherence to established protocols.
- Maintain regular communication with management regarding project status and any potential issues.
- Act as the primary liaison for customers, ensuring they are kept informed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in the recruitment and training of new technicians.
- Engage in safety, planning, and project meetings to facilitate project progression.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- Proven experience in high-level customer service environments.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Military background or experience managing Department of Defense projects is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
- Experience in construction or related fields, particularly with government contracts.
- Strong time management skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with Monaco's technologies and ERP systems is advantageous.
