Position Summary: The Project Installation Manager is responsible for overseeing the installation of Monaco products at client locations, with a particular focus on significant projects defined by contract value or scope. This role requires active participation in installation tasks. Candidates must be located near an international airport and be prepared for domestic and international travel to meet project deadlines. A successful background check and drug screening are prerequisites for working on government projects.

  • The Project Installation Manager will:
  1. Be accountable for customer satisfaction in all installation projects.
  2. Concentrate on major projects as defined by contract specifications.
  3. Assist in accurate estimation and budgeting of proposals and quotes, actively engaging in the estimating process.
  4. Oversee project planning and execution, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion of installation services.
  5. Conduct site surveys and manage installation projects directly, necessitating travel in accordance with project schedules.
  6. Provide hands-on leadership and mentorship to technicians.
  1. Engage in installation tasks to train and lead by example, ensuring project objectives are met.
  2. Ensure completion of all pre- and post-job requirements.
  3. Mentor technicians on the importance of timely and budget-conscious performance.
  4. Champion a culture of safety, ensuring that safety protocols are established, communicated, and adhered to.
  5. Understand and comply with the customer project fulfillment process.
  6. Collaborate with other departments (Production, Engineering, etc.) to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Maintain proactive communication with management regarding project status and potential issues.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communication, ensuring clients are informed about project progress.
  • In a potentially remote work environment, the Project Installation Manager must:

Work Environment: The role involves working in various settings, including military and government facilities, mechanical and electrical spaces, and outdoor environments. Conditions may vary based on weather and safety protocols.

Physical Requirements: Candidates must be able to lift up to 80 pounds, perform tasks such as kneeling, climbing, and carrying equipment, and be comfortable working at heights. Frequent travel may require extended periods of sitting during transportation.
