Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior client personnel, including regular onsite visits, project status calls, and executive engagements.
  • Strategic Alignment: Work closely with internal and client business leaders to ensure strategic alignment and strong, long-term partnerships.
  • Client Issue Resolution: Proactively ensure effective client issue resolution, project delivery, response to information requests, and collaboration with other teams.
  • Business Development: Assist the internal Sales team to identify and foster revenue opportunities, including additional application modules and services, training, or services.
  • Market Awareness: Maintain awareness of the investment management market and industry trends and news relevant to CRD and client base.
Qualifications
  • Education: BA/BS degree in Finance, Technology, or relevant discipline.
  • Experience: 10 years' experience within the Financial Services/Software industry, preferred experience in Asset Management and Relationship Management, Business Analysis, or similar functioning role.
  • Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to articulate or present issues, options, and resolutions verbally and in writing, and ability to foster strong relationships across client organizations.
  • Travel: Ability to travel to client sites 20% - 40% per calendar year.
