Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Office Administrator to provide essential clerical support to our construction department. This role involves managing contractor relations, assisting with billing and compliance tasks, and ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage contractor onboarding packages and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Facilitate the signature of documents with internal and external stakeholders through web-based digital signature applications.
  • Receive, submit, and track vendor quotations, purchase orders, and invoices.
  • Create, compile, and update project-specific reports as directed.
  • Work cross-functionally between departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Attend meetings to capture and distribute meeting minutes, including action items and tracking to completion.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Prior work experience in the telecommunications industry is preferred.
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience using Jotform and ZOHO is a plus.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work with contractors and POs.
  • Strong data entry skills and attention to detail are required.
